As per our guild amending policy, the officers have arrived on a 3/4 majority vote of the following amendment to Article Three: Code of Conduct:
New Section Five: Third Party Assistance
1) The buying of in-game currency, items, or services with real money will not be allowed.
2) The use of third party programs that give un-sanctioned advantages as decided by Funcom will not be allowed.
3) The use of third party programs and applications that are condoned by Funcom will be allowed.
4) The approval of Funcom of third party programs shall be determined by either official statement from the company or its allowed existence in the UI/Mod forum of the official forums. Likewise, the disapproval of Funcom of third party programs shall be determined by official statement from the company or the removal of the program from the official forums.
5) Uncertainity in the use of third party programs shall be at the combined descretion of the Guild Leaders. Temporary ruling may be given by all present officers should a leader not be available.
6) Wanton violation of this article will result in corrective action, with the option to the leadership for immediate guild removal.
Previous Section Five: Intra-Guild Greivance has been renamed to Section Six.
