• Any member who has not filled out an application on the website will be removed from the guild on Sunday 11/2/2008. No exceptions. Giving you an extra week to fill out an application after asking politely for the last two. Please note this impacts very few members overall.
• Any member who has not logged into the game since 10/15/2008 AND has not created an "AFK Notice" in our "AFK" guild forums will have their website account moved to inactive and then kicked from the guild on Sunday 11/2/2008. Inactive website accounts will be removed at my discretion as some of our inactive members are active in the forums, but not active in this game.
After the house is cleaned:
• Every Sunday the officers will meet to review applications and remove in inactive members (2 and a half weeks back of inactivity). That is also where we will discuss events, etc for the guild.
• If you know someone who submits an app they will hear from us by Sunday. This is to create more structure and not have a surplus of new members all throughout the week. (Hazings to be planned by Memmnoch and Rocker) This is also to ensure that we incorporate all new members in the guild throughout the following week (meet, greet, etc)
• Stay tuned for guild weekly meetings (voluntary) to just discuss in an open forum what's we'd like to accomplish.
If you have problems accessing this information it will be cross posted in game.

The goal is to create an organized casual environment. It's also to show we have an active guild with active guild members not just a growing guild that's gotten too big for it's britches.
If you have an alt you haven't logged in since 10/15 it's not your alt, it's your name holder. Those will be punted as well on 11/2/2008. Active alts will remain in the guild. If you decide to pick up your alt in the future you can re-add them by speaking with an officer and we'll take care of it.
Each member kicked will receive in game mail as to how to get back in.
