Without being in an position to answer. I would direct your questions specifically to Sardoni or Jakol. It will probably also vary depending on what class you are looking to play.

I'm not hiding anything and I could probably do a better job of identifying it in the 1st post of our recruitment thread (since I've posted it spotty through out the thread) but these are out initial targets:

Recruitment will close when we hit 56 members (7 of each class). Recruitment will reopen on launch once we hit Rank 3 (for 90 members) to fill in class gaps where needed for our more hardcore players and casual players. That is to say if we have more tanks that are leveling quickly we'll recruit casual tanks where as if we have healers leveling slowly we'll recruit more hardcore healers. This is to ensure the community has what it needs to be successful.

My first priority is to make sure we have room for everyone in our community!
